Voluntary Organizations Can Register Now and get Velby Co Branded Cards:

1. Download the Velby HCP app.
2. Go to the ‘Services’ section in the app.
3. Select Co-Branded Cards.
4. Choose Type as Voluntary Organization and complete the registration.
5. Once done, go to the Home Page. Select VELCOB to view your organization.
6. Share your organization profile with members.
7. Members can download the Velby app and register using the Velby Organisation Referral Code (VORC);
8. NGOs can see the list of members, their blood groups and last donation date.
9. NGOs can also create new events or submit blood donation requests from here.

How the Blood Donation Algorithm Works:

1. Download velby app and create a new account or sign in with email id
2. Go to VELCOB in the Velby app.
3. Create a New Request and Enter details
4. The request will be sent to all registered NGOs.
5. NGOs can accept the request, and notifications will be sent to eligible donors (filtered by blood group, location, and time since last donation).
6. Real-time tracking: Track the donation status as volunteers respond to the request.
7. Confidentiality: personal details of Eligible donors will not be exposed to others
8. Request Management: The request count decreases as donations are confirmed, and the request closes when fulfilled.
9. Appreciation & Certification: Donors receive a digital certificate and appreciation message after donation.
